Losing/gaining weight can be difficult. Do you find that despite your best efforts, you just can’t seem to lose weight? Whether it is 10 pounds or 100 pounds, sometimes the reason people have difficulty losing weight is out of their control. There are many underlying medical reasons you may not be losing weight:

There is a right diet for everyone – which is often not what you think. A healthy food for one person may not be a healthy food for another person.
