Fatigue and insomnia

Fatigue is a complaint common to many and often easily remedied. Unfortunately, the solution for most is caffeine, which over time will make you more tired. Common reasons for fatigue:

  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Anemia/low iron
  • B12 deficiency
  • Blood sugar disorder
  • Food sensitivities
  • Heavy metal toxicity
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Lyme disease

Insomnia can be characterized as a difficulty to fall or stay asleep.

This could not be more true today than it was 17 years ago. I wasn't a parent then. Now I have three kids. We typically host and aren’t traveling to Ohio for Thanksgiving anymore. The food is mostly the same, the crowd is different. But it’s still my favorite holiday. I wrote this article about a habit that still, if in place, will reduce your holiday weight gain or even prevent it. Guaranteed.
