The phone and email package is designed for patients to receive answers to their questions in between appointments. Whether it takes 5 minutes or 20 minutes you will get 100% of the doctor’s attention without feeling rushed whether the answer is by phone or email. You may choose your preferred method of communication each time you have a question. Essential for any patient to have their concerns answered without the worry of having to wait until their next appointment to resolve issues or just have simple questions answered.
Their are two packages; Gold which offers 80 minutes of email/phone time and Platinum which offers 180 minutes (%15 discount – you get an extra 20 minutes of time for the 180 min package) of email/phone assistance.
