Wellness Architecture helps women 45+ find and treat the root cause of hormone imbalance, so you can feel like yourself again.
A Doctor for the Cases Others Couldn't Solve
Dr. McCully specializes in complex, unresolved cases: patients who have fallen through the cracks of conventional and functional medicine alike. Many arrive calling her their last stop. Her process looks for what earlier visits missed, from thyroid conversion and blood sugar to gut health, hidden infections and nutrient status, and she prescribes bioidentical hormones and thyroid medication herself when they fit.
Why Natural Medicine
In college, Dr. McCully developed chronic digestive problems. Two years of prescriptions brought no relief. A naturopathic doctor then helped her identify a few dietary triggers, and changing her diet transformed her health. That experience started a lifelong commitment to natural medicine and to the body's capacity to heal with the right support.
A Calling That Came Full Circle
After her undergraduate degree, Dr. McCully spent three years teaching in South Korea and the United Arab Emirates, traveling widely through the Middle East, Europe and Asia. At 25, she reunited in Lebanon with her father, whom she had not seen since she was 15 months old. Through many stays with him she picked olives, pressed oil and foraged herbs in the mountains alongside a man known as the village healer, who treated people and animals with plants. She went on to train at Bastyr University and then founded Wellness Architecture.

Her Own Fertility Story
After an ectopic pregnancy at 29 left her with one fallopian tube, Dr. McCully was told her chances of pregnancy were slim. She went on to have three children, at 35, 38 and 41; her third was conceived on the first try after she followed her own 12-week program. That experience shapes how she supports women trying to conceive today.
How She Works
Wellness Architecture works in programs rather than one-off appointments, because steady structure and follow-through produce faster, longer-lasting results. New patients start with a free discovery call and a 75-minute Discovery Experience, then move into a personalized program that runs 5 to 16 weeks. When it ends, ongoing HealthSpan care keeps the results in place. Patients who live farther away can work with her through virtual programs.
Her promise: She will listen, find what everyone else missed, and show you things about yourself you never knew, until you feel like yourself again.
Outside the Clinic
