How to Work With Us

Step 1: Getting Started

To begin, you’ll need to:

Getting started is simple. Begin by booking a Discovery Call and completing the short Discovery Form. This call gives us a chance to understand what you’re experiencing and determine whether our programs are the right fit for your needs.

Even if you have been referred by another patient and know you would like to do a program, we require everyone to do a discovery call to ensure we are all on the same page. 

If it feels like a good match, we’ll move forward by scheduling your Initial Consultation.
Payment is taken at the time of booking to ensure appointments are reserved for those ready to invest their time, energy, and resources into lasting results.

Once scheduled, you’ll receive a welcome email with a link to complete your online intake form. Please also take a moment to watch the short video on how to find our office, and bring any recent lab results you’d like Dr. McCully to review during your visit.

Step 2: Your Initial Consultation

Your first appointment lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and takes place in our office. Before your visit, please watch our “How to Find Us” video so you can easily navigate to the office. You’ll also complete your online intake form in advance, which allows Dr. McCully to review your medical history, current symptoms, and health goals. A link to the form will be emailed when you schedule your initial consultation.

During the consultation, Dr. McCully will:

  • Listen to your story - to hear what lead you to your current state of health
  • Review your intake form in detail and ask targeted questions to capture all relevant information
  • Identify potential root causes of your symptoms based on your history and presentation
  • Provide a sample treatment session so you can experience how our approach works in practice

After evaluating your health, Dr. McCully will propose a personalized program designed to bring you back to baseline good health — meaning most or all of your symptoms are resolved or significantly improved. Each program is custom-tailored, combining therapies, coaching, lab analysis, all necessary products, supplements and lifestyle interventions to reach deeper levels of healing.

At the conclusion of the consultation, you’ll decide whether this program is the right fit. If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll complete your program agreement and schedule your Program Kickoff Appointment.

Step 3: What Our Programs Look Like

Our programs allow for more than a doctor-patient relationship—it’s a partnership built on trust, encouragement, and real results.

Our programs are designed to help patients heal faster and more effectively than traditional care models. By providing consistent structure, accountability, and regular structured support, we solve the common problem of slow or no progress.

Starter programs typically last 5 to 16 weeks, depending on the intensity of intervention needed. All programs include:

  • Regular check-ins with consultation and coaching (either weekly or bi-weekly)
  • Direct text access to your doctor for questions between visits
  • In-office treatments, usually 1-3 x week, using cutting edge technologies
  • Detailed lab analysis and interpretation
  • All necessary supplements and products to support your progress

This immersive approach addresses every layer of healing — physical, nutritional, and energetic — for real, lasting results that traditional healthcare often cannot provide.

Step 4: After Your First Program

A few weeks before your first program ends, we’ll discuss whether transitioning to a HealthSpan Program makes sense.

The HealthSpan Program is focused on prevention and long-term vitality, helping your healthspan match your lifespan. Many chronic diseases, including Alzheimer’s and heart disease, begin decades before symptoms appear — and prevention is far more powerful than treatment.

Continuing care allows you to maintain your results, prevent disease processes before they start, and invest in yourself in a way that even world-class health insurance cannot.
