4 cups mixed salad greens
1 apple cored and thinly sliced
1/3 cup sliced almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup/honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a small frying pan, toast almonds until light brown. Set aside.
- In a jar or glass, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup and salt.
- In a large salad bowl put greens, apple and almonds. Toss with dressing.
