Here are the best face exercises for younger looking skin

There are four important components of younger looking skin.

  1. The strength of your facial muscles
  2. The state of your fascia (this is what holds our muscles in place, can influence wrinkles
    and deep crevices)
  3. The presence or absence of collagen and elastin.
  4. The color/hue/brightness of your complexion.
    In this video we focus on number one. Strengthening your facial muscles. Have you ever
    noticed that most men look naturally younger than women the same age? I think there are
    several reasons, but one is definitely that most men have been exercising their faces since
    they started shaving. Just the act of shaving requires you contort your face into different
    positions. And I think it’s safe to assume that most women are not doing this.
