Fatigue and insomnia

Fatigue is a complaint common to many and often easily remedied. Unfortunately, the solution for most is caffeine, which over time will make you more tired. Common reasons for fatigue:

  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Anemia/low iron
  • B12 deficiency
  • Blood sugar disorder
  • Food sensitivities
  • Heavy metal toxicity
  • Hypothyroidism
  • Lyme disease

Insomnia can be characterized as a difficulty to fall or stay asleep.

Common reasons for insomnia:

  • Adrenal fatigue
  • Anemia/low iron
  • Blood sugar disorder
  • Food sensitivities
  • Neurotransmitter imbalance
  • Thyroid disorder

At Wellness Architecture we will look for the cause rather than treat the symptom. You will often experience benefits other than just better sleep and more energy!
